I’m a creative director and digital strategist with over 24 years of digital design experience. I lead a cross-disciplinary team of user experience designers, user researchers and content design specialists across a wide spectrum of verticals and leading blue-chip brands. I’m all about conceptualising ideas, crafting creative solutions, inspiring and mentoring designers and influencing the strategic vision.
I’m a self-starter with proven leadership skills, and have a thorough understanding of digital design processes. I am a confident and articulate presenter and have a passion for problem solving and devising strategic, conceptual and innovative approaches that add value to end users and to my clients business.
My experience covers multi-channel deliveries, new emerging technologies and business transformation consulting services. I am a strong advocate for nurturing client relationships and taking the client along the journey of design. I’m used to being on the ‘front-line’ and I’m adept at running client workshops, ideation, concepting, stakeholder management, managing design teams, creating user experience artefacts, copywriting and devising coherent design strategies for existing clients and new business proposals. I believe in order to craft winning ideas you need to nurture a positive team culture, inspire a team and give them the autonomy to explore, ask questions and express themselves. My motivation is to find creative solutions to human problems through good design management.

I have been a volunteer mentor for the Brunel WiBEC* Program for a number of years, helping to prepare post graduate students for work in the digital arena.
